Beauty pro launches accredited menopause massage method for salons & spas

Award-winning nutritionist, author & beauty pro, Alison Bladh, has launched a massage treatment to help women navigate menopause, and is sharing her expertise with salons worldwide.
Alison Bladh is a CIDESCO-qualified aesthetician with a long career in the beauty education sphere. Her latest launch, Meno Massage Method™ – a holistic treatment designed to support women through perimenopause, menopause and beyond, previewed at Cosmoprof Bologna after undergoing a six-month trial process with beauty students.
The Meno Massage Method™ is built on three key pillars:
- Mind and Body Reset – through specialised massage treatments.
- Nutritional Support – offering expert guidance on menopause-specific nutrition.
- Lifestyle Medicine – strategies designed to relieve menopausal symptoms and support overall wellbeing.

The method draws on Alison’s 30 years of clinical experience in women’s skin health: knowledge that was compounded to create her bestselling book, Have a Magnificent Menopause. Meno Massage Method™ ‘blends specialised massage movements, nervous system support, breathwork, reflex-inspired touch, nutrition and lifestyle medicine to address the specific needs of women aged 40 and over’.
Alison explains: “What sets this training apart is its comprehensive approach. Beauty therapists learn not just massage techniques, but gain a deep understanding of hormonal changes and how shifts in oestrogen, progesterone and cortisol affect energy, skin, mood and overall wellbeing.
“Each certified therapist receives ready-to-use client materials, including Lifestyle Wellness Cards and 10 complimentary copies of my book to gift to their first clients after their treatments.”

According to early feedback on the Meno Massage Method™, clients report ‘improved sleep, reduced tension, better mood balance and a welcome sense of being understood and supported during a challenging life transition’.
“I finally felt someone understood what I was going through,” shared one client. “The massage was deeply relaxing, but it also gave me a sense of emotional reset that I didn’t expect.”
Alison has created a certified accreditation so beauty and wellness salons can adopt the Meno Massage Method™. Therapists who have begun offering the method have shared that their clients ‘keep returning for this treatment, saying it helps ease tension, improve sleep, and reduce the ‘wired and tired’ feeling that so many women experience in menopause’.
