Step 1

Prepare the nails, file to shape, push back the cuticle and gently buff the nail plate. Brush away any dust and wipe over with GELLUX Prep + Wipe. Apply GELLUX Fast Bond and let it dry. Apply a thin coat of GELLUX Cover Easy Off Base Coat to the nails, making sure to cap the free edge and cure. Then, apply a thin coat of GELLUX Stoney Blue and cure, repeating with a second coat, again making sure to cap the edges.

Step 2

Apply a small drop of GELLUX Purely White on your palette, then using a fine detailing brush, start writing a freestyle graffiti design to each nail. Flash cure to prevent the gel from moving.

Step 3

Finish your design and fully cure once you’re happy.

Step 4

Above the I, instead of a dot, draw the Capricorn symbol above in GELLUX Purely White. Cure for 60 seconds.

Step 5

Apply a small amount of GELLUX Smoke 'n' Sparkle to your palette. On the left-hand side of your letters, outline your letters to give off a 3D effect, and cure.

Step 6

Using GELLUX Dress to Impress on your thumb, place your dots in the position of the Capricorn constellation and cure for 60 seconds.

Step 7

Wipe off the excess from your brush to join the dots of the constellation then cure.

Step 8

Using your fine detailing brush and GELLUX Purely White, apply a small dot to the nail. Before curing, pull outwards to create a starry effect, then cure.

Step 9

Finally, apply the GELLUX Shiny Top Coat, making sure to cap the free edge, and cure. Wipe the nails with GELLUX Prep + Wipe and apply GELLUX Nail & Cuticle Oil.
