Step 1
Prep the nail and apply your chosen pink base. I used INK London Cover Flubber Builder Base.
Step 2
Using your chosen white gel polish, place three dots to mark the top and bottom of where you’d like the heart to be. I used INK London iLac Gel Polish in i-156 Retort White.
Step 3
With a fine liner brush, paint the white heart shape outline using the dots as a guide.
Step 4
Fill in the heart shape using the white gel polish and an art brush, and cure. I used INK London's Pro Art Series Donatello brush.
Step 5
Using a dotting tool, paint Dalmatian dots in a no wipe black art gel and cure. I used Brillbird Brush & Go Colour Gel in GO2.
Step 6
Apply a no wipe top coat and cure. I used INK London's The Ultimate No Wipe Top Coat. Lightly buff the shine from the nail to leave a smooth, matte surface that chrome powder will not stick to. I used the INK London 240/240 Pro Buffer.
Step 7
Paint a fine outline around the white heart using the no wipe black art gel, and cure.
Step 8
Buff your chosen gold chrome powder into the black heart outline, and dust off excess chrome.
Step 9
Apply the no wipe top coat and cure.
