Revealed: the huge search increase for ‘men’s nail polish’ after celeb launches

According to research conducted by Love the Sales, there has been a huge lift in searches for ‘men’s nail polish’ since the launch of two male celebrity nail polish lines.
American rapper, Machine Gun Kelly, launched his nail polish brand, UN/DN LAQR on 2 December 2021 and overnight, searches for ‘men’s nail polish’ increased by 420%.
In addition, in the hours following the launch, there was a 137% increase for ‘male beauty products’ and an 85% increase in searches for ‘men’s makeup.’

When Harry Styles released his Pleasing brand on November 17 2021, demand for ‘men’s nail varnish’ increased by 512% overnight.
The brand also caused an overall shift in demand of 393% for ‘men’s makeup’ including lip serums, foundation and concealer.
