HALL OF FAME
The Scratch Stars Hall Of Fame celebrates the achievements of nail professionals or businesses that have taken the top title in the same category three times since the awards inception in 2012. When a nail pro or tech achieves Hall Of Fame status, they cannot enter the same category again for three years, but are welcome to either enter other Scratch Stars Awards categories or become a Scratch Stars Awards judge.
Kirsty Meakin
Ultimate Social Media Star
Kirsty Meakin is a world-renowned nail technician and nail artist, renowned for her bold creativity, technical skill and affectionate teaching style. Her YouTube channel and competition success has enhanced her prominence globally, and she regularly shares detailed nail tutorials, product features and artistic experiments that range from intricate sculpted designs to boundary-pushing concepts. She has won multiple Scratch Stars Awards, including three Social Media Star of the Year accolades. Kirsty has her own self-titled nail brand and appears at events across the globe to share her knowledge and skills.

The Glitterbels Education Team is a celebrated collective of nail professionals recognised for their excellence in teaching and advancing nail artistry in the UK. They scooped the Scratch Stars Nail Team of the Year title in 2022, 2024 and 2025 owing to their collaborative work: delivering high-quality training across a wide range of nail techniques - from foundational skills to advanced application and creative design. Their Scratch Stars Awards recognition underscores the impact of the team on nail technicians’ growth and creativity.
Hazel Dixon
Ultimate Nail Stylist & Ultimate Mixed Media Artist
Hazel’s rise to Scratch stardom was first recognised in 2015, when she was awarded the Shooting Star accolade for her progression, talent & techniques. In the years that followed, she scooped the top title in both the Scratch Stars Nail Stylist of the Year and Mixed Media Artist of the Year categories. Hazel took the double again in both 2017 and 2018 – thus entering her into the Hall Of Fame in two Scratch Stars categories, her team, HD Nail Artist Academy Team, is in the Hall of Fame, and she is founder of the HD Pro Nails brand, committed to raising industry standards through education and product development. Hazel is the most decorated Scratch Stars Awards winner to date.
Clare Woodcock
Ultimate Mobile Nailist
Clare Woodcock delivers exceptional nail services outside a traditional salon environment, and has earned three Scratch Stars Awards for Mobile Nailist of the Year: in 2022, 2023 and 2025. She has shown a commitment to outstanding client care, professional standards and technical execution and had exceptional mystery shop reports. Clare has used her Scratch Stars Awards success not only to elevate her own mobile business, but to contribute to the wider nail community: writing for Scratch and supporting fellow techs.
Danielle Brindley
Ultimate Polish & Paint Artist
Staffordshire-based nail artist, Danielle Brindley is celebrated for her creativity, precision and mastery of nail art. She has been presented with the Scratch Stars Polish & Paint Artist of the Year award three times: in 2022, 2024 and 2025, owing to her exceptional skill with colour, freehand painting and intricate hand-painting techniques on nails. Known for her vibrant, artistic approach and expressive designs, Danielle brings a strong background in art and beauty to her nail work, pushing boundaries with detailed looks that showcase her technical ability and imaginative flair.
Kayley Cairns
Ultimate Nail Stylist
Kayley Cairns is co-head educator for HD Pro Nails joins the brand’s founder, Hazel Dixon, in winning three Scratch Stars Awards for Nail Stylist of the Year. The Billericay-based pro took her first nail course in 2009 and has since won numerous awards in industry competitions, including the Scratch Stars Mixed Media Artist of the Year title in 2021 & 2022 and medals at Nailympia Competitions. She has worked at London Fashion Week and at various events, and enjoys sharing her talents and skills with fellow nail enthusiasts.
Jiak Hing
Ultimate Gel Polish Stylist
Jiak Hing is a bespoke nail artist from Bolton, Manchester. She specialises in unique, illustrative nail art under the business name, Jark Nails, and has scooped multiple industry awards, including the Scratch Stars Gel Polish Stylist of the Year accolade in 2022, 2023 and 2024. Jiak is committed to producing innovative and intricate nail art, and credits gel polish for offering creative freedom. She hopes to inspire nail professionals to step out of their comfort zones, embrace creativity and try new skills and techniques. She was a 2025 columnist for Scratch magazine.
Catriona Leith
Ultimate One Stroke Artist & Ultimate Gel Tech
Cat has over 13 years' nail industry experience and is a highly decorated Scratch Stars Awards winner: scooping both the One Stroke Artist of the Year and Gel Tech of the Year titles for three consecutive years: 2022, 2023 and 2024. As co-head of education for HD Pro Nails, she is trained in all aspects in nailcare and is passionate and enthusiastic about promoting the highest of standards in her craft. Her competing career began in March 2009 and she is a 2026 columnist for Scratch magazine.
Beauty at the Bay
Ultimate Nail & Beauty Salon
Colchester-based beauty salon, Beauty at the Bay, scooped the Scratch Stars Nail & Beauty Salon of the Year award in 2015, 2017 and 2022. Its team of talented and friendly beauty therapists have an enviable approach to customer care and retail, and use products including Shellac, Glossify and The GelBottle Inc for nail services. The sanctuary is beautifully decorated, featuring a Beehive, in which afternoon tea can be served alongside cocktails before or after a treatment.
Elise Scholes-Pilkington
Ultimate Natural Nail Specialist
With focus on natural nail welfare that is yet unrivalled, Elise has scooped six Scratch Stars since the inception of the awards in 2012; the first two for Fibreglass Tech of the Year and Gel Polish Stylist of the Year. She projects into the Hall Of Fame owing to four titles in natural nail categories; two for Manicurist of the Year, and two for Natural Nail Specialist of the Year, which replaced the Manicurist category in 2017.
Paulina Zdrada
Ultimate Gel Tech
Paulina is no stranger to the Scratch Stars Awards stage, having taken home six trophies since 2013. She has showcased her champion skills in the Gel Polish Stylist (2014) and One Stroke Artist categories (2015 and 2017), but enters the Hall Of Fame for her gel prowess, having won the Gel Tech of the Year title in 2013, 2014 and 2018.
Metta Francis
Ultimate Mobile Nailist
With exceptional service delivery, a friendly demeanour and unrivalled passion for her craft and pro development, Metta Francis has shone in the Mobile Nailist of the Year category. Repeatedly gaining 98% or more in her mystery shop reports, Metta, of London-based nail business, Nails By Mets, scooped the top title in her category in 2015, 2017 and 2019.
NAF! Salon
Ultimate Social Media Star
Glasgow based NAF! Salon is famed for its on-trend nail art and modern, quirky vibe. Its energetic team, led by Tammy Koslowski, work together to ensure that there's always something to talk about - be in merchandise (NAF! Stuff/NAF! Pro) or nail design.
The salon has scooped the Scratch Stars Award for Nail Salon of the Year twice, and entered the Hall of Fame for incredible use of social media, scooping the social media Scratch Star accolade in 2017, 2018 & 2019. Its Instagram account boasts over 126k followers.
Rebecca Isaac
Ultimate One Stroke Artist
Rebecca has scooped the One Stroke Artist of the Year title for three consecutive years, showcasing her prowess with the technique and colour blends.
The Northampton based tech is founder of Finicki Nails and Midlands educator for Nail Artists UK.
HD Nail Artist Academy Team

Owing to their exceptional team bond and dedication to education practice, the HD Nail Artist Academy team of educators astounded the Scratch Stars judging panel in 2018, 2019 and 2020/21.
They celebrated their Hall of Fame win by collaborating to produce a striking front cover image for the January 2022 issue of Scratch.
