The Nail & Beauty Salon of the Year is a commercial salon or spa that employs two or more staff members. It effectively offers beauty services alongside hand, foot and nailcare services, and the environment is clean, welcoming and comfortable. The salon team is personable, knowledgeable and skilled, and an exceptional service is delivered: from the booking process to aftercare. 

Notes:

• If less than 70% of your annual treatment menu comes from hand, foot and nailcare services, enter the Nail Salon of the Year category instead.
• Your salon must have been trading in your current location for a minimum of 12 months (on or before 1 February 2025).
• This category is not suitable for home-based salons: enter Home Nail Salon of the Year instead.

What happens next? When entry closes on 15 March, all applications will be assessed. Five finalists in this category will be revealed on 6 April, and receive a visit from a mystery shopper. Their report, plus other criteria, will be assessed by a panel of judges. Their scores will determine the winner, who will be announced at The Scratch Stars Party in London on 5 July.
