ONLINE EDUCATOR OF THE YEAR
The Online Nail Educator of the Year is a passionate and skilled professional who excels at teaching and inspiring the next generation of nail technicians via a digital platform/s. They are experts in nail artistry, techniques and industry best practices, delivering high-quality education that is engaging, accessible and transformative.
With a deep understanding of online learning, they create courses, tutorials, and live sessions that cater to all skill levels, using clear instructions, innovative teaching methods and interactive content to ensure student success. They continuously update their curriculum to include the latest techniques, products and business strategies. Their impact goes beyond teaching - through mentorship, motivation and a commitment to elevating the nail industry.
Notes:
- The educator must have successfully educated at least 20 students to gain a UK/ROI recognised nail qualification (online or offline) from 1 February 2025 – 1 February 2026.
- If you do not teach via online means, but educate in-person, enter the Educator of the Year category instead.

What happens next? When entry closes on 15 March, all applications will be assessed. Five finalists in this category will be revealed on 6 April and sent an email detailing next steps - which include submitting evidence of their training achievements and allowing access to their education platforms. Judges will assess these and score against a number of criteria. Their scores will determine the winner, who will be announced at The Scratch Stars Party in London on 5 July.
